- Confirm Passenger Name: When your Jada arrives, confirm with the driver that they know your name. Similarly, drivers should confirm the name of the passenger before starting the ride.
- Wait in Safe Areas: While waiting for your ride, stay in a well-lit, public area whenever possible.
2. During the Ride
- Buckle Up: Always wear your seatbelt, and ensure that all passengers in the vehicle are securely fastened before the ride begins.
- Share Your Trip: Use the Jada app to share your ride details with friends or family. They will be able to track your trip in real time for extra peace of mind.
- Stay Aware of Your Surroundings: Keep an eye on the route the driver is taking. If you feel something is wrong, trust your instincts and contact Jada support or local authorities.
