- Passenger Obligations: Passengers must provide accurate pickup information, respect drivers, and pay the fare promptly through the app.
5. Payment Terms
- Fares and Fees: The fare for each ride is calculated based on factors like distance, time, and dynamic pricing. Passengers agree to pay the total fare and any applicable fees (e.g., cancellation fees) through the app.
- Payment Method: Payment must be made using a valid credit card, debit card, or other accepted payment methods linked to your Jada account.

6. Cancellation and No-Show Policy
- Passenger Cancellations: Passengers may cancel a ride request before the driver arrives without penalty. However, if the driver is en route, a cancellation fee may apply.

- Service Quality: Jada is a technology platform that facilitates ride services. We do not guarantee the quality, reliability, or safety of rides provided by drivers. Drivers are independent contractors, and Jada is not liable for their actions.
- No Warranty: Jada is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, or performance.
- Limitation of Liability: Jada will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or services, including lost profits, personal injury, or property damage.
